Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter this Promotion, an entrant must be 21 years of age or older as of May 1, 2007, and be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States and District of Columbia ("DC"), except residents of CA and UT. Employees of SKYY Spirits, LLC, San Francisco, CA. (hereinafter "Sponsor"), its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in CA and UT and where prohibited or restricted by law or regulation. HOW TO ENTER: Promotion begins on May 1, 2007 and ends September 30, 2007. To enter, complete an Official Entry Form found at participating retailers and licensed establishments, or hand print your name, complete address, age, telephone number and e-mail address (if applicable) on a 3 1/2" x 5" piece of paper and mail in a first-class stamped business-size envelope to: Tullamore Dew Go for the Green Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 3155, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-3155. You may enter online by personally visiting http://www.tullamoredew.com and completing the online entry form at this site. Tennessee residents are prohibited from entering online and must use and official entry form or handwritten entry as described above. Entries must be received by October 15, 2007 to be eligible. Online entries must be time-stamped by September 30, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. (CST). In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the email account. Only one entry per person/email address per day regardless of the method of entry; entries with duplicate email addresses or multiple entries using different email addresses for a single individual will be disqualified. All mailed entries must be sent by U.S. mail. Enter as often as you like, but a limit of one entry per stamped outer envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, postage due, misdirected or illegible entries. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete/illegible entries will be disqualified. PRIZE: One (1) Finalist Prize - One (1) Finalist Prize will be awarded consisting of a trip for two (2) people to Dublin, Ireland: trip includes: round-trip coach class transportation for two (2) people (from major airport nearest winners home, in continental USA to Dublin, Ireland); round trip transfers between Dublin Airport and hotel, three (3) nights at a deluxe double-occupancy hotel room, and $300 U.S. (or Irish currency equivalent) awarded in the form of a check; and one round of golf for two (2) people at a Sponsor-designated golf course in Dublin, Ireland, which includes a chance for the winner to win the Grand Prize by making a shot for a Million Dollar Hole-In-One ("Contest"). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Finalist Prize is $4,000.00, depending on winner's point of travel origin. Odds of winning the Finalist Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Selection of airline and hotel is at Sponsor's sole discretion. All travel must be taken by November 1, 2008. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein (including, but not limited to, meals, tips. etc) are solely the responsibility of the prize winner. The designated travel companion will also be required to execute a travel liability release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Travel companion must be at least 21 years of age at the time of travel. Winner and travel companion must have all the necessary identification and/or travel documents (i.e., valid Passport) required for travel abroad. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary. All travel subject to availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations. Other restriction may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled events (including airline flights) beyond its control. One (1) Grand Prize (Grand Prize will only be awarded if the Finalist Prize winner successfully makes a hole-in-one, per the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules) -The amount needed to fund a $1,000,000 forty (40) year annuity that pays out $25,000 per year for forty (40) years without interest. ARV = $455,000. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are as high as 12,750 to 1. In order to receive the Grand Prize, the Finalist Prize winner must successfully make a hole-in-one shot, per the following rules/regulations:
SELECTION OF FINALIST PRIZE WINNER: One (1) Finalist Prize winner will be selected by random drawing conducted from all eligible entries received. The random drawing will be conducted on or about November 1, 2007 by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges, whose decision shall be final. Finalist Prize winner will be notified by mail within 10 days of the drawing date. The Finalist Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and Publicity Release (where legal) within 15 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period, or return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. If the Finalist Prize winner successfully makes the hole-in-one shot in accordance with the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, winner will be require to sign another Affidavit of Eligibility prior to receiving the Grand Prize. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, all entrants release and discharge SKYY Spirits, LLC, San Francisco, CA., and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, employees, directors or agents including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death arising out of or in connections with participation in this Promotion or his/her acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Entrants' further release the Sponsors and all related employees and entities from claims of warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law relating to the Promotion or prize. ADDITIONAL RULES: Sponsor is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of entry information, for any human error, or entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmission, lost, late, illegible, incomplete, or incorrect; or inability to access www.tullamoredew.com website or any other error or malfunction which may occur, including any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes. The value of the Finalist Prize and Grand Prize (if awarded), represents the Sponsors' actual good-faith determination of the maximum value thereof. For Form 1099 reporting purposes, the winner shall be bound by such good-faith determination. Federal state and local taxes, if any, on the Finalist Prize and Grand Prize (if awarded) are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein or at the sole discretion of sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if any prize, or portion thereof, is unavailable. Acceptance of any prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor's sole opinion compromised in any manner that may corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or properly play or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Promotion, and select a winner from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and its independent judging organization, which are final and binding in matters relating to this Promotion. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Promotion, at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to clarify errors, which result from the printing of these rules and regulations.
